Meet the Florida Hospital HospiceCare and Palliative Care Team

The Florida Hospital Hospice Care team is comprised of professionals who provide comprehensive medical, spiritual, psycho social and compassionate end-of-life care to individuals of all faiths throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. Treatment is focused on the person — not the disease — and to help and support the family, as well as the individual.

Each team member plays a role in meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients, their families and daily caregivers.
